Gifts for my Stamp Club!

Good morning!  This fun treat was a gift for my stamp club ladies last weekend!

It's my version of a "thank you" card for their orders!  I used the Delicate Dahlias Stamp Set along with the Heartwarming Hugs DSP!  Simple but cute, I think!

Whimsy & Wonder

Happy Tuesday!  I'm so excited!  We're going to see "Mean Girls" tonight at Popejoy Hall (our version of Broadway!)  It's been two years since we've been to a show, and I'm beyond thrilled!!

Here's the final project from my Gift Cards Galore Class--this one features the absolutely adorable Whimsy & Wonder Specialty Designer Paper!  I love this paper--the images, the colors, all of it!!  It's soon to be retired, so if you love it, better get it now!  

When opened:

Again, not a hard one to make!  Cut your designer paper to 5 1/4" x 12"--take notice of the direction of the pattern because you can see both sides on this one!   Score this at 4" and 8".  Cut the bottom section in half from corner to corner.  You'll use Tear-n-tape on the left side of the triangle to form the gift card pocket!  Then, decorate as desired!

Snowflake Wishes

Good morning!!  My Gift Cards Galore! class was held yesterday--so much fun!!  You saw one of the projects in yesterdays post (click HERE if you missed it!)  Today's features the Snowflake Wishes Stamp Set and a Basic White Envelope:

Here it is open!

It's very simple to make--simply fold an envelope in half, then cut the flap down the middle.  Decorate as you wish!  Wouldn't this be a nice way to give a gift card?!

Fun & Simple Gift Card Holder!

Good morning!!  I have a super easy and fun gift card holder to share with you today!   

I used the Peaceful Deer Bundle, along with the wonderful Tidings of Christmas Designer Paper!

And, here is is open:

The card base is 4 1/4" x 11", scored in half at 5 1/2".  To make the piece that hold the gift card, just cut the front of your card at 3", from the score line to the bottom of the card!  I used Tear-n-Tape to adhere it to create the pocket!  Super easy!  And a fun way to send Gift Cards--especially if you need to mail them!

Here's another I made for my team swap on Friday night.  I used the Tidings & Trimmings Bundle, and the Tidings of Christmas DSP once again!

Cutest Halloween Treat!

Isn't this the cutest little treat?!  

Measurements:  

• Highland Heather: 1¾” x 3”; 1¼” x 2¾”
• Designer Series Paper (DSP): 3” x 6”
• Pumpkin Pie: scrap
• Basic White: scrap
• Highland Heather Ribbon: about 4”
• Black & White Ribbon: about 6” – 8”

 Instructions:

1. Score large Highland Heather ½” on all sides.
2. Add Tear & Tape to one of the 6” sides and one of the 3” sides of DSP. Adhere to bottom of the box; adhere side. 
3. Pinch the top into a bag. Punch slit in top with the Label Me Fancy punch.
4. Punch top of small Highland Heather with Lovely Labels punch. Center card stock into the punch – card stock is slightly wider than the punch and may need to be trimmed after punching.
5. Stamp candy corn on tag with Highland Heather.
6. Stamp skull on Basic White with Memento Ink. Cut out image.  Adhere to tag with dimensionals.
7. Stamp sentiment on Pumpkin Pie with Memento Ink. Cut sentiment apart.  Adhere to tag with mini dimensionals.
8. Add treat to bag.
9. Thread Highland Heather ribbon through the top of the bag. Tie Black & White ribbon around Highland Heather.
10. Adhere tag to bag with dimensionals.

Peaceful Prints Giftcard Holder

Check out this super cute gift card holder!!  It's made with the lovely Peaceful Prints Designer Paper--FREE with a $50 purchase!!

Measurements: 

• Basic Black: 11″ x 4 1/4″, Score at 1 1/4″ and 5 1/2″, 3" x 4", 3/4” x 4”
• Basic White: 2 3/4″ x 4″ (front), 4" x 4" (inside), ½” x 3 ½”
• DSP: 2 pieces @ 1 ″ x 4″, 4" x 4", red/black plaid scrap to punch out deer.

Instructions:

1. Start with card base Basic Black 11″ x 4 1/4″, Score at 1 1/4″ and 5 1/2″. Fold over the 1 1/4″ score line and adhere just the right and left side with Stampin’ Seal + (this becomes the inside left).  This is where the gift card will go.
2. Let’s do all the stamping 1^st: Using the Snowflake from Snowflake Wishes & Memento Tuxedo Black, random stamp snowflakes on the Basic White 2 3/4″ x 4″ and stamp the fawn in the lower left corner with the Basic White CS 4" x 4" for the inside.
3. Using Real Red Ink, stamp It’s the best Time OF year on the Basic White ½” x 4” & also WISHING YOU A wonderful year AND friendship dear on the top center with the Basic White CS 4" x 4" attach to the inside.
4. Take the 4" x 4" DSP adhere to the front flap. Open the flap & adhere 1 of the 1 ″ x 4″ to the left inside fold & the other strip to the far right.
5. Adhere the random stamp snowflakes to the Basic Black 3" x 4". Attach to the center of front flap on top of the Peaceful Prints DSP.
6. Using the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch, punch both ends of the stamped It’s the best Time OF year & also the 1” x Basic Black Strip.  Attach together with the Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere to the stamped snowflake front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Use the Peaceful Deer punch to punch out one of the deer from the red/black plaid DSP, attach with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the front of card.
8. Final touch, add a silver Epoxy Essential Embellishment to both the left & right side of the It’s the best Time OF year sentiment.
9. Using the Black 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon, tie a bow and attach to deer with Mini Glue Dot.

 

BAG: Sweet as a Peach

Look at this super cute bag--made of Designer Paper!  (it's on sale!!)

Measurements: 

• You’re a Peach Designer Series Paper (DSP)
• Basic White: For Die Cut Label (3-1/2” x 2-1/4”) and 3-3/4” x 3-3/4” scored on all sides at 1/2” plus scrap to stamp peach and leaves
• Pear Pizzaz: 2-1/2” x 4-1/4”
• Balmy Blue for Everyday Label punch
• Organdy Ribbon: 16”

Instructions:

1. Fold along all score lines of square white card stock, then cut in on opposite sides along score lines to intersecting score lines. Using Tear & Tape, adhere corners inside adjacent edges, creating an upside down “box lid”.
2. Wrap a band of Tear & Tape around the outside edges of the upside down box lid, and on one 6” end of the Designer Series Paper. Remove protective paper from Tear & Taps and starting in the center of one edge of the box, wrap the bottom edge of 12” DSP around the lid, securing the adhesive on the end of the Designer Series Paper to itself last, creating a “bag”.
3. Cut banner on one end of Pear Pizzazz card stock, then run through Cut & Emboss machine with Stitched Greenery die. Punch hole at top of tag.
4. Stamp sentiment at top of label die in black ink, then add branch with Pear Pizzazz ink.
5. Tap peach stamp in Pale Papaya ink, then lightly add some Calypso Coral ink to one side of the peach with a sponge dauber, then stamp it on scrap card stock. Stamp stem in Pear Pizzazz on scrap card stock and cut out both with coordinating dies.
6. Adhere label to front of Pear Pizzazz tag. Add peach and stem with dimensionals
7. Punch label from Balmy Blue card stock and fold in half. Pinch bag front and back together, wrap label over the top and punch a hole through all layers. Thread ribbon through hole.
8. Tie tag on front of bag.

Good morning!  Here's a fun project using the Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set!  These Acetate Boxes have been sitting on my shelf for quite awhile now--pulled them out for a fun make-n-take for my awesome Stampin' Up! Team!
