CARD: Free as a Bird

Measurements:  

• Vellum: 5 ¼” x 4”
• Very Vanilla: scrap (banner)                

Instructions:

1. Die cut banner from scrap of Vanilla Card Stock.
2. Stamp and color birds onto banner.
3. Glue vellum on the inside of the laser cut card. (On the laser cut side)
4. Attach banner to the front of the card with dimensionals.
5. Tie a knot in 4” of ribbon and attach to the end of the banner

Supplies:

CARD: Sailing Home

Measurements:

• Night of Navy: 8 ½” x 5 ½”, 2 ½” x 3”
• Sahara Sand: two pieces 2” x 3” for cutting with dies
• Come Sail Away Designers Series Paper: 4” x 5 ¼

Instructions

1. Fold Night of Navy cardstock in half to create card base, burnish along score line.
2. Adhere Designer Paper to card front.
3. Use Night of Navy Ink to stamp the Sailboat and words onto the Sahara Sand cardstock.
4. Use the Smooth Sailing Dies with the Big Shot to cut out the Sailboat and the word shape.

CARD: Over the Moon

Good morning!  and Happy 4th of July!!  Hope you have a great day!  Here's a fun card using the new set, "Over the Moon".  These cows are soooo cute!!!

Measurements:  

• Poppy Parade – 4 ¼” x 11” scored at 5 ½” (card base)
• Whisper White – 2 ¼” x 3 ½” Stitched Rectangle and 4” x 5 ¼” (card inside)
• Basic Black – scrap – 2 ea. 1” circles, ¾” x 2 ½”
• Crushed Curry – Scrap
• Designer Series Paper 1 ¼” x 3 ½”

Instructions:

• Fold card base in half on score line.
• Using Poppy Parade Ink, stamp the cow standing on all four legs on card base front to create a random background.
• Stamp the cow holding the flower and the sentiment in Momento Tuxedo Black ink onto the stitched rectangle as shown in photo.
• Color cow and flower images with Stampin’ Blends using the photo as a reference.
• Punch two 1” circles from Basic Black card stock. Position as shown in the photo folding half of each circle towards the back of stitched rectangle and adhere to front and back.
• Using the Twinkle Builder Punch and Crushed Curry card stock, punch out the moon and stars.
• Cut the right end of the Designer Series Paper strip as shown.
• Adhere the ¾” x 2 ½” Basic Black strip to the back of the Designer Series Paper as shown. Then glue completed banner piece to card front.
• Adhere the stitched rectangle to card front as shown.
• Complete card front with the moon and stars from the Twinkle Builder Punch.
• Stamp the “grass” image in Mossy Meadow ink around cow as shown and finish off with the Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Blend.
• Add Whisper White panel to the inside of card and decorate as desired.

CARD: A Good Man

How about a little masculinity this morning!!  This is a beautiful set for the men in our lives!

Measurements: 

• Night of Navy:   5 1/2" x  8 1/2" --  score at 4 1/4";  2 3/4” x 5” – score at 3/4”   
• Whisper White: 4" x 5 1/4"; 2 1/2” x 4”
• Come Sail Away DSP: 2 3/4" x 4”

Instructions:

• Cut the 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Night of Navy cardstock along score line from top to 2 1/2". Turn and cut from fold line to bottom at 2 1/2". 
• Attach designer paper to 3” x 4 1/4” flap.
• Stamp man in lawn chair with Memento ink on 2 1/2” x 4” Whisper White. Stamp “It’s Your Day”.
