Country Home

The Tin Tile Embossing Folder is probably my favorite product from the Holiday Catalog!  It is absolutely gorgeous!  I used it on this card with the Galvanized Metallic Paper.  It also looks amazing with any of our Foil Papers!!  Give it a try!!

 

Filigree Flourish Thank you!

Good morning!!  Stamp Camp yesterday was a blast!!!  We hadn't hosted one in a few years, so we were a little rusty!  But, everyone seemed to have a GREAT time!  Watch your emials -- we're planning another one during Sale-a-bration!!!

For now, here's another card that my club did this month, using the Flourish Filigree Stamp Set.

I just love that main image -- so pretty!!!  I used Highland Heather for this card, along with Gorgeous Grape for the sentiment.  

Toil & Trouble

Here's a fun card that has almost no stamping!!

The little girl is cut out from the Toil & Trouble Designer Paper!!  The sentiment can be found in the Itty Bitty Greetings Stamp Set.  Just stamped, then punched out!!  The hardest part of this card was the "fussy" cutting!! :-)

Dandelion Wishes

My brand new stamp club met last week!!  And, it's taken me this long to get the pictures taken!  It's been a crazy two weeks at my "real" job, and we're prepping for stamp camp on the 22nd!  I apologize for slacking on my blog!!  But, here's a fun card that my stamp club made!

I really love the Dandelion Wishes Stamp Set!  So sweet!  And the font in the sentiments is adorable!

Blow Out the Candles

Measurement:

• Melon Mambo card stock: 3 ¾” x 11” score at 5 ½”
• Basic Black card stock: 4 ¼” x 5 ½”; 3 1/8” x 2 ¾”
• Whisper White: 2 ½” x 3”

 Instructions:

1. Ink “Happy Birthday” stamp with Melon Mambo and stamp on front of folded Melon Mambo cs.  Adhere folded Melon Mambo cs to Basic Black flat card base.
2. Stamp candles and “eat cake” in Memento Black ink on Whisper White cs.  Stamp Melon Mambo stripes inside candles and Daffodil Delight inside wicks.  Add Wink of Stella to wicks.  Adhere Whisper White stamped piece to Basic Black layer even with the right edge.  Adhere layered stamped image with dimensionals to the front of the Melon Mambo stamped card front even with the right edge.

Sneak Peek: Peaceful Noel & Country Home

The Holiday Catalog goes live tomorrow!!  I can't wait for you to see all the GREAT stuff!!  Here's a sneak peek from the Peaceful Noel suite:

Measurements:

• Old Olive: 11 x 4 ¼”; scored at   5 ½”
• DSP: 4 x 3”
• Crumb Cake: 4 ¾” x 3”
• Whisper White: 4 ½”  x 2 ¾”
• Vellum: 3 ½” x 1 1/8”
• Thread: 40”

Instructions:

1. Fold the card base.
2. Attach the plaid DSP to the card front.
3. Color 7-9 small rhinestone with the Real Red Dark Blends marker and set aside to dry.
4. Stamp the jug, with Memento ink on the white cardstock.
5. Color the jug with the Blends markers.
6. Stamp the greenery from the “Peaceful Noel” stamp set into the jug. Use the 3 green colors to create the various shades of green. Stamp the branch image with Soft Suede ink.  You can easily line this up with the photopolymer stamps, but you could also create a small mask for the lip of the jar. 
7. Stamp the Berry Branch from the “Love What you Do Stamp set” with Mossy Meadow ink. Color in some of the Berries with the Cherry Dark Blends marker.
8. Attach the stamped image to the Crumb Cake mat.
9. Stamp the saying with Versamark ink on the Vellum cardstock.
10. Wrap the edges of the vellum cardstock around the Crumb Cake cardstock. Secure it at the back with Snail adhesive.
11. Add the colored rhinestones to some of the berries. Use Wink of Stella on the other berries.
12. Make a puddle of copper thread on the card.
13. Attach the image/saying with dimensionals to the front of the card.
