Love What You Do!

Here's a "fun fold" that we made at the July Clubs!  It uses the Share What You Love Suite.  I just love the colors, dsp, etc in this suite!  It makes me happy!

Don't forget to reserve your spot in my upcoming clubs (starts in September)!  Click HERE for all the details!

Here's an "open" view -- can you see how it's folded?  Directions below!

  • Berry Burst: 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 2 ¾” & 5 ½”
  • Whisper White: 3 ½” x 5 ½”
  • Basic Black: 3 ½” x 5 ½”
  • DSP: 4” x 5 ¼”; 4” x 2 ½”
  • Cord: 24”

  1. Using your Big Shot and the Layering Ovals, cut two Whisper White Ovals and two Basic Black Scalloped Ovals.
  2. Stamp the 3-flower image on one Whisper White Oval. Color with the Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Blend.
  3. To add some sparkle, color over the Rich Razzleberry with the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.
  4. Stamp your sentiment on the other Whisper White oval.
  5. To assemble, fold your card in half, with the fold at the bottom. Now, fold the front of the cardbase down to create your “pull out”.
  6. Assemble card as shown. To line up the two ovals, adhere your sentiment oval first.  Now fold up your card, then line up the front oval directly over the sentiment oval.  Adhere using SNAIL adhesive, just on the bottom!
  7. Wrap your cord around the “pull out” of the card twice, then tie.

Label Me Pretty

Here's a fun card that really highlights our awesome designer paper!  This card uses the Garden Impressions 6"x 6" pack, but you could use the layout with any of Stampin' Up's designer paper!

Don't forget -- the Buy 3, Get 1 FREE promotion ends on July 31st!  See all the details HERE.  And, to earn FREE stuff from me, use Hostess Code:  UXVAGPPM  (For details about my hostess code promotion, go to this PAGE!)

And, on to the card:

  • Very Vanilla: 4 ¼” x 11”, scored at 5 ½”;  scrap for label punch
  • Blueberry Bushel: 3” x 5”, 2” x 3 ¾”; scrap for punch
  • DSP: 2 7/8” x 4 7/8”;  1 7/8” x 3 5/8”

  1. Stamp your main image using Blueberry Bushel Classic Ink.
  2. Punch out using the Pretty Label Punch.
  3. Using a stamping sponge, add some color to the edges of the punched out piece.
  4. Punch a piece of blueberry Bushel using the Pretty Label punch.
  5. Assemble card as shown. Add the Blueberry Bushel under your stamped image – popping up the stamped image with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  6. Add pearls for a nice finishing touch!

Enjoy Life

This was a fun card we made at Stamp Club in July!  The front panel is smaller than the card base, adding some extra interest!

If you're interested -- we're starting a new round of Club in September!!  Would love to have you!  There are two spots left in the current club, but with enough interest, a second club can be started!

Click HERE for all the details!!

You can see the smaller front panel in this pic:

  • Soft Suede: 5 ½” x 5 1/2”, scored at 4 ¼”;  4 ½” x 3 ¼”;  3 1/8” x 2 3/8”
  • Whisper White: 3” x 2 ¼”
  • DSP: 5 ¼” x 4”;  5 ¼” x 1”;  4 ¼” x 3”
  • Grapefruit Grove: ½” x 4 ¼”

  1. Stamp the image of the person onto the whisper white cardstock using Grapefruit Grove ink. Stamp a bit to the left of the cardstock.
  2. Stamp sentiment in the center, using Soft Suede Ink.
  3. Using Paper Snips, cut banner tails in both ends of Grapefruit Grove strip.
  4. Assemble the card as shown – adhering the DSP to the cardbase first. Then assemble the smaller panel. Attach this to the cardbase using Stampin’ Dimensionals – placing the dimensionals only to the left side of the panel.

Rooted In Nature

I have seen this layout all over the internet, and thought it was GORGEOUS!  So I tried my hand at it!  For my strip of Coastal Cabana, I actually used the Clear Block "I" -- just add your ink directly onto the block, spritz with water then "stamp"!  (I am using Glossy White cardstock.) Make sure you use a Stampin' Pierce Mat under your cardstock to get good coverage!  Super fun!

The tree and sentiment are stamped in Early Espresso Classic Ink.  Make sure your Coastal Cabana is dry before you stamp!  You can also use your heat tool to speed up the drying process.  Ink on Glossy Paper takes a bit longer to dry -- don't be impatient, or you'll end up with smeared ink! :-)

Here are all the supplies used on today's card:

Ends July 31st!!!
