UDI Inspiration Challenge #152
September 27, 2012
Good morning! Here's a fun inspirational picture for you:
I thought of a pink blizzard when I saw it! So, here's my version:
I love pink Christmas cards! They were my Granny's favorite, and I always made them for her to send to her friends and family. I sure do miss her!
You can't see it in the pictures, but I used irredescent ice embossing powder over the Melon Mambo snowflakes. Very sparkly in person!
Supplies used:
Snowflake Soiree Stamp Set (what else?!! LOL!)
Cardstock: Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo & Whisper White; Silver Glimmer Paper
Ink: Melon Mambo & Pretty in Pink Classic Ink
Misc: Pretty in Pink Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon; Irridescent Ice Embossing Powder, heat tool
You can see what the others came up with HERE!
This card also uses the sketch over at Retro Sketches!!
Tammy, I love your card! I like doing non-traditional color Christmas cards. Great job.
