Rubber Stamp Convention!!!

The annual Rubber Stamp Convention is coming--March 10 & 11!!!  I have tickets here at the house that you can purchase for $5.  You can check out all the details for the show HERE.

I'm teaching a class this year--it's on Sunday at Noon.  Cost is $15 for four Spring Occasions cards!  Here's one similar to what we're making:

Space is very limited for this class (only 16 spots)!  To register, click HERE, then scroll down until you see my name!

Coffee Treat!

Here's a project that I saw many months ago, by Sherry Robinson.  I loved it, and have just gotten around to re-creating it myself!!

Sudfebfeat11

It's made using the Petite Pocket and Big Shot!  Very simple project!  Just cut out your petite pocket, put it together and decorate!  I used the Morning Cup Stamp Set--stamped in Chocolate Chip ink, then colored with my Real Red Stampin' Write marker!

Have a GREAT day!!

Divas Sketch Challenge #177

Happy Saturday!!  Time for another FUN sketch from the design team at Utah Divas International!  Head on over there to see all the designers' cards!

Here's our sketch:

and, my card--I made it using My Digital Studio!

Divasc177a-001

I started with one of the designer templates, then changed it up to work with the sketch!  I'm really having fun learning how to use it--and, it's actually pretty easy to use!  I'm hoping to get alot of scrapbooking done this way!! :-)  And, Stampin' Up! now offers a 30 Day FREE trial--you can get it in my online store HERE.  Try it out, and see if you like it!

Saturday Sketch Challenge #244

Hooray!  It's time for another sketch from the Stamping 411 Operators!!

Ssc244sketch

And, here's my card:

Ssc244

I started with the Doily Sizzlet--it's cut out of the Twitterpated Designer Paper!  The pink doily wasn't showing up very well on the Blushing Bride card base, so I added a 3 1/2" circle of whisper white behind it.  The white scalloped circle was cut using the Perfect Pennants Die.  Then, I used the 2 3/8" scallop circle punch for the Blushing Bride layer.  And, finally on top is a 2" circle of Whisper White (cut using the Circles #2 Die), stamped with the Delicate Doilies stamp set in Blushing Bride ink!  Whew!!  That was alot of round layers!!

Be sure to hop over to the Stamping 411 blog and see what the other Operators did with this sketch!

Have a GREAT day!!

Sketch Frenzy Friday!

Happy Friday!  As you know, Friday means a new sketch over at Sketch Frenzy Friday!  This week the sketch is brought to us by Maria!

Doesn't it look like fun?  Well, I had some fun--playing with My Digital Studio!!  I really need to start doing more scrapbooking, and I love using MDS for it!!  Here's a page I created used the above sketch:

It's an 8x8 page.  It's a nice size to work with--enough space for more than one photo, but not too much space!! :-)

For you next stop on our little blog hop this morning, please go to our HOMEPAGE!  Feel free to play along with us!!!
