What fun!

I held my All About Love Stamp-a-stack yesterday afternoon, and had such a great time!!  Here are some of the cards we made:

024

This was my favorite card of the bunch--in fact, we made this at my downline meeting on Friday night, too!!  It uses the Plane & Simple Stamp Set, and the Define Your Life Stamp Set for the sentiment.  The background paper is called First Edition--found in the Occasions Mini.  Colors used are Basic Black, Basic Gray and Crumb Cake.

034

I love the layout of this card--I attended a demonstrator shoebox swap last week, and Sharon made THIS CARD.  I loved it, but don't have that set, or even the flower die!  So, I changed it all up!  I used I {heart} Hearts and Occasional Quotes.  And, of course, the glimmer paper!!!  I sure hope Stampin' Up! comes out with more colors of this--it's so gorgeous!!

If you missed this class, be sure and come to the February Stamp-a-Stack!  It's on Feb 27 at 2pm!  Click HERE to register!

Be sure and come back tomorrow for the Sudsol blog Tour!  You won't want to miss it!!!

More projects that weren't picked!!

Good morning!!  Today I'm sharing a few more projects that weren't picked for our March 5th Stamp Camp!

This first project is a box with 4 notecards & envelopes.  We all liked it, but decided that we'd done something similar to this in th past!

Scprojects 022

That's the box--sorry, the ribbon isn't tied very pretty!!  I used the Vintage Wallpaper Embossing Folder, and layered that onto Blushing Bride cardstock.  The box itself is Basic Black.

And, here is the card!  The box holds four cards and envelopes.  This is stamped with the Occasions Mini Set, Easter Blossoms, then colored with the Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Marker.

And, this last project is a covered jr. legal pad!  I love this new Sew Suite.  I used the Sweet Stitches Designer Paper along with the Sweet Stitches Designer Big Buttons!  The Tangerine Tango piece is raised with Stampin' Dimensionals:

And, here's my card:

Love these colors!! I think it's my new favorite combo!!  I used the Artistic Etchings stamp set, along with Peach Parfait Ribbon and Rhinestones for some bling!!!  Very simple card, but I love it!!

Be sure and check out the rest of the design team's cards on the DCBD Blog!!

Project "rejects"!!! :-)

Good morning!!  We had a big project meeting yesterday afternoon to decide on projects for our March 5 Stamp Camp.  We picked some really nice things for the guests to do!  I am very excited about this one!!  But, alas, there were some projects I made that weren't picked!!  And, now I'll share them with you!!

Scprojects 013

This is a cute banner made with the new Petal Cone Die and Big Shot!!!  It's really cute, but it's kinda tiny!  I used the Baja Breeze Seam Binding, and the Sweet Vintage Designer Paper.  There are also pearls at the top and at the points.  As cute as this is, we picked an even better project using the Petal Cone Die!!!  Be sure and register ASAP to secure your spot!!!  You don't want to miss it!!

Scprojects 036

This is a bookmark card!!  It's made with Love Letters DSP, and Riding Hood Red and Basic Black cardstock.  The idea came from Lee Conrey.  I used the Artistic Etchings stamp set, along with the Monogram Alphabet Set.

Scprojects 039

The bookmark is made with the Two Tags Die and Big Shot!  And, the red scallops are made using the Tasteful Trim Die!

I'll have more rejects for you tomorrow!!  haha!!!

Have a great day!

This is such a simple card, but I love it!  It's all Night of Navy and Very Vanilla!  I stamped the background in Night of Navy ink--it's subtle, but definitely adds a nice touch!
