Divas Sketch Challenge #111

WOW!!  Are you all shopped out yet?!!  We didn't go out early yesterday, but we did go shopping!  The malls were crazy!!  But, it was so much fun spending time with my family!!

It's time for another sketch challenge over at the UDI Blog!!  It was a fun one this week, but simple was all I could come up with!  Here's my card:

Divasc111

I started with a piece of the Deck the Halls Designer Paper--these are so pretty!!  I loved the poinsettias in the corner!!  I used the sentiment from the Bells & Boughs Stamp set, punched out using the Decorative Label Punch.  The two strips of Cherry Cobbler were embossed using the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder and my trusty Big Shot!  That's it--very simple, I know!  But, sometimes simple works!

Please continue on the "sketch hop", and check out Tiffany's blog!!

Hope you're all having a GREAT day!

Here's a fun card we did at Melissa's card party!  I used Circle Circus and It's Your Birthday!  Colors are Poppy Parade, So Saffron and Baja Breeze!  It's "Z-fold Card", which is super-easy to make--cut your cardstock to 4 1/4" x 11".  Fold at 5 1/2".  Now, fold the front of the card back towards the middle!  You have your z-fold!!
