Here's a fun and bright birthday card!!  I used the Party This Way stamp set, and Melon Mambo & Daffodil Delight inks!!  Who wouldn't love receiving this one?!!

Can you see the bling?  I love these Rhinestones!!  I add them to every card I can!!! haha!!
