Sudsol CASE Challenge!

Good morning!!  This is a fun card I created for the CASE Challenge over at Sudsol!  I am the coordinator for this weekly challenge--it's so easy!  We just Copy And Share Everything--well, in this case, a specific sample found in our Stampin' Success Newsletter!!

I used the Season of Friendship stamp set!  The colors came from Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge:  Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turquoise, Barely Banana & Melon Mambo!!  I actually used So Saffron instead of Barely Banana!  I love the simplicity of this card!!!

Divas Coffee Break Design Challenge #184

Happy Wednesday!!  My oldest son starts Driver's Ed this morning--yikes!!!  Actually, I think he'll make a very good driver--I just can't believe I have a 15 year old!  haha!!

Here is the card I created for the DCBD Weekly Challenge:

It was a color challenge this week:  Bashful Blue, Rose Red and Wild Wasabi!!  Aren't they pretty together?!!  I also used the sketch from Techno Stamper -- it's so easy to create a card when you're told what sketch and what colors!! :-)  Other items used for my card:  scallop, 1 1/4" & 1 3/8" circle punches; Circle Circus Stamp Set; half pearls--these are from the now-retired Pretties Kit, but I can't wait to use our adhesive pearls!!!  woohoo!!!

Sorry!!!

Sorry--no fun stuff to share this evening!!  We just got home from a quick trip to Farmington for a golf tournament--so much fun, and so pretty up there!!!

TechnoStamper's Sketch #128

Happy July 4th!!!  No, my card isn't red, white and blue--sorry!!  But, I am using some fun new products!!  I had some time to stamp today, and decided to play with my new toys.  And, for inspiration, I used the sketch found HERE.

The three red squares are from the new hostess set, Cute by the Inch!  I love it!!  Instead of the big circle on the sketch, I used a butterfly I cut out using the Beautiful Butterflies Die (and Big Shot!).  The designer paper is called Greenhouse Gala.  Stampin' Up! has really outdone themselves with the new paper!!  I love it all!!!

Divas Sketch Challenge #90

Good morning!!  What a great weekend so far!  Sure hope yours is going well!!  I can't wait for tomorrow--we always have a big BBQ on our cul de sac, followed by our own little fireworks display!!  (Don't worry--only the little ones!!)

Well, it's Saturday, so that means a sketch challenge over on the UDI Blog!!  Here's my interpretation:

 

I used almost all new stuff!!  I just love our new catalog--new designer paper, new embellishments, and of course, new stamp sets!!  I used Friends Never Fade, along with Occasional Quotes for this card!  The designer paper is called Greenhouse Gala, and it goes with the Friends Never Fade stamp set perfectly!!  I love the way Stampin' Up! works--kinda like Giranimals!!! LOL!!  Colors used:  Real Red, Chocolate Chip and Daffodil Delight!  (such a pretty new yellow!!)

My Baby is 15!!

Boy, where does the time go?  I can't believe it's been 15 years since I gave birth to my first baby.  He's such a wonderful young man--so proud of him!!  We're off now to go to lunch, then pick up some friends and go play putt putt!!  Happy Birthday, babe!!!  Here's his card:

I am loving the Party Hearty set!!  Just pulled it out the other day, and can't stop using it!!  Colors are Silver, whisper white and basic black.  And,of course, all supplies are Stampin' Up!!
