Mojo 104

Mojo104 Good morning!!!  Here's my card for the Mojo Monday Sketch!!  This is one of my favorite sketch challenges--Julee always has such great ones to work with!!!

I the Punch Pals Stamp Set for this card--when is the last time you used this set?  Yep, it's an older set, but I just love it!!

The main image is stamped in Black Stazon, then colored in with Stampin' Write markers.  I used the light blue glitter from the Fine Cosmo Glitter Stack on the snowman.  After all the ink dried, I applied versamark over the entire circle, then embossed using the Irridescent Ice embossing powder!  It is certainly sparkly!!!!

Don't forget to check out my classes!!  I've scheduled through November!!  I will also do a Giftables class on December 5, but I am still working out the details!!  You can see the complete list in the right sidebar!

Divas Coffee Break Design #145

Good morning!!  It's Wednesday!!  That means another Divas Coffee Break Design Challenge!!  This week, it's a sketch challenge!!  You can see the sketch HERE!!  And, here's my interpretation:

Dcbd145
I used some new stamps for this card!!  The set is called "Extreme Elements", and it's very cool!  If you have older boys, this is a great set!!

Pretty simple card--Just used Basic Black and Real Red ink.  The designer paper is from the Holiday No-so-Mini catalog, and is called "Night and Day".  It's pictured with some Halloween projects, and it's great for that!!  BUT, the paper itself has no Halloween images (skulls, bones, pumpkins, etc) on it at all, which makes it a perfect year-round designer paper.  I think you could make some very elegant cards using the Night & Day DSP!!

So, click HERE to order yours today!!! :-)

Have a GREAT day!!

Stamping 411!!

Good afternoon!!!  I have been a busy little stamper today!!  I was able to finish all the cards for my club members that couldn't make the meeting, and I made three cards for challenges!!  I'll share more later in the week!  For now, here is my card for the Saturday Sketch Challenge over at Stamping 411!

Ssc116 I used the Christmas Cocoa Designer Paper--this particular sheet is flocked!!  So elegant and beautiful!!  The cardinal is from the Christmas Cardinal stamp set, and is stamped using the Platinum Shimmer paint--LOVE IT!!!  I used the white shimmer paint on the Snowflake!!  I punched it out first, then painted it with the shimmer paint!  So Sparkly!!!!

Hope you enjoy it!!  We're off to karate now!  Have a GREAT evening!!

Circle Circus

Ccsept5 Good morning!!  Just a quick post this morning--we're getting ready for our annual financial check up!!  You know--to see if we get to eat after retirement!! :-)

I made this card for my monthy Stamp Club!!  It uses Circle Circus stamp set!  Other supplies used:

Cardstock:  Naturals White, Crushed Curry & Rich Razzleberry

Ink:  Crushed Curry, Rich Razzleberry & Bermuda Bay

Misc:  Bermuda Bay Grosgrain Ribbon, small, large & scallop oval punches

Have a great day!!!

Patterned Pines

Happy Monday!!  Here's a fun card I made using the new Level I Hostess Set from the Holiday Not-so-Mini Catalog!  It's called Patterned Pines, and it's beautiful!!!

Cards 004

I started with a card base of Chocolate Chip, then layered Garden Green and Merry Moments Designer Paper.  The pines are stamped in Garden Green on Very Vanilla, then layered onto Real Red Cardstock.  The 1 14/" Chocolate Chip striped grosgrain is adhered to the back of the Garden Green using Sticky Strip.  I used the Jumbo Snowflake punch for the embellishment, and added a Chocolate Chip button.

This card is actually one of the cards we decided NOT to use at our upcoming Christmas Card Camp!  I loved it, but the six we decided on are even more GORGEOUS!!!  I hope you'll join us on October 24 for this camp!!  You'll make 30 Christmas Cards--5 each of 6 different designs!  Everything is provided--even lunch!  And, we'll have loads of doorprizes to give out!  Cost is only $45, and must be prepaid to hold your spot.  Please click HERE to register!

Have a GREAT day!

Divasc47

I used the Autumn Splendor stamp set for the circle image, and then Celebrate Everything for the sentiment.

The colors (chocolate chip & taken with teal) were take straight from the new Designer Paper found in the Holiday Not-so-Mini Catalog!  It's called Autumn Meadows, and it's gorgeous!!  (item #116769, $9.95)

Enjoy your weekend!!  Go Stamp Something!!!

Hugs,
Tammy

Paper Craft Planet

I've belonged to the PCP since it began, but I don't go there as often as I would like to!  They issue weekly challenges for sketches, color, scrapbooking, etc!!  It's alot of fun, but time is limited--as I'm sure you all know!  Well, since I've been "laid up" with surgery, I've had alot more time to surf!!  As I did, I went back to some of my old favs--which included PCP!  I came across the current sketch challenge, and LOVED it!!!  Here's my version:
Sk090509
Talk about simple!!!  I used Night of Navy ink and Silver Shimmer Paint to do the snowflakes--which are from the Snowflake Serenade set.  I layered the white piece onto Kraft cardstock, then sponged around the edges.  I then stamped the sentiment from Four the Holidays in Night of Navy, layered it, then tied some hemp twine around it!  The right edge is simply torn.

Have a GREAT day!!s

Mojo Monday #103

Good morning!!  I am in love with this Christmas Cocoa Designer Paper!!  The colors are so rich!!!

This card I did for the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge!

Mojo103 I used the new Level One Hostess set, Holiday Best for the main image.  The rest is just Real Red, Soft Suede and Christmas Cocoa Designer Paper!!!  Very simple card, but I really like it!  I hope you do, too!!!

Have a GREAT day!
