Another Winter Card!!

Good morning!!  The theme for the weekly challenge at LateNightStampers is "Christmas in July".  Here is another card I made for this theme!!  I used the FTL#52 over at Clean & Simple!!

Stamping 411!!

Hello!!  I had some time this afternoon, so I played with some Christmas ideas!!!  I love using sketches as a starting point, so for this card, I used the Stamping 411 sketch!

I used an old favorite of mine, Big on Christmas!  I paired this with the Holiday Lounge Designer Paper--such cool colors!!!!

Also used:  Ruby Red, Taken w/ Teal and Sahara Sand Cardstock and Stampin' Write markers.

Divas' Coffee Break Challenge #138

Good morning!!  I apologize for the late posting!  I forgot to schedule the posting, and have been out of town!  We returned home last night about 10pm from the State Tournament--our Petro All Stars are now the New Mexico State Champions!!!!  What an exciting tournament!!!  We're so proud of the boys!!  Now, we're off to Midland, TX, for the Southwest Regional Tournament!!

Anyhow, here is my card for the challenge this week!  It was a Big Shot Challenge, so I used my new Lattice Die!!  I really love this one!!!

A very simple card!!  I used Real Red and Very Vanilla Cardstock, Real Red ink and Merry Moments Designer Paper!!  I hope you like it!!  Be sure and check out the rest of the team's projects--just go to the Divas' Blog!!

A "Reject"!!

Hi!!!  Sometimes we don't always get the result we're looking for on the first try!!  This is a card I did for Wednesday's Divas' Challenge--but, I wasn't completely happy with it, so I came up with another card for that challenge.  But, when I looked again, I kinda liked it!!  I really like the colors, so I wanted to share it with you!!

Last Friday Night!

Last Friday, I held a Mystery Hostess Party here in my studio!!  What a great time we had!!  Each guest made two cards:

This first is made with the Circle Circus & Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Sets.  The layout was found in our Stampin' Success Magazine--a great source for demonstrators!!  (you can join now for only $85!!!!)  Colors used were Old Olive, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo and Tempting Turquoise!!  It's a bright and cheery card--a great way to say Happy Birthday, don't you think?

This second card was super simple to make, but WOW!!!  Isn't it gorgeous?!!  I used Soft Suede for the card, and ran it through my Big Shot using the new Finial Press Embossing Folder!!  Such a quick way to make an elegant card!!  I used the Oval All Stamp Set for the greeting--stamped in Dusty Durango on Whisper White!  The ribbon is also Dusty Durango!

So, what do you think??  I love these colors together!!   I finally opened my Thoroughly Modern Designer Paper--it's GORGEOUS!!  It's my current fav--at least until I open another pack!!  haha!!  I absolutely love our designer papers--the colors and patterns are so nice!!!

Circle Circus!! (again!!)

I am so sorry I didnt' post yesterday!!  But, we had a wonderful day--went to the movies, and then visited with an old friend that's in town!!!  It was so relaxing!!  I needed it!! :-)

Here is a card I made for Sherrill--she hired me to make some Convention swaps for her!!  It was great--I got to stamp, and she's sending me $50 in stampin' supplies!!  woohoo!!!
