LatenightStampers Challenge #21
May 26, 2009
Good morning!!! I got up early today, and stamped!!! I had a couple of challenges that I needed to complete for design teams, and I got them both finished!! You'll have to come back tomorrow for the second one!!
This first card is for the LateNightStampers Design Team--our challenge this week was to create something with a "Summer Theme"!!
What do you think? Summery? Well, the idea in my head was "picnic"--that's where the checked pattern came in. But, I'm not sure how summery it is!! I like it anyway!!
Supplies used:
Sincere Salutations Stamp Set
Cardstock: Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Whisper White and Bella Rose Designer Paper.
Ink: Riding Hood Red
Misc: Top Note Die & Big Shot; Sticky Pages, Scalloped Square punch, Key Tag punch, Pretty in Pink Taffeta Ribbon, Buttons
Have a great day!!! I'm off to the gym to work off all those extra lbs I found in Phoenix!!!
PS--don't forget about the current special--check it out here.
Great job on the faux quilt! It definitely has a summer feel to it :-)
