Mom & Kiddo Class!!

Good morning!!  My Mom/Kiddo class was on Saturday--we had such fun!!!  Here are two of the projects we made:

 

This is a hot chocolate treat!!  I used some spice jars that I got at the Ikea store in Phoenix (love that store!!!). 

Deer Friends Stamp Set

Cardstock:  Bashful blue, Old Olive & Holiday Treasures DSP

Misc:  Big Shot Pennant Die, White Taffeta Ribbon, 1 3/4" circle punch, 1 1/4" circle punch and 1 3/8" circle punch.

 

These are simple candle holders--the flower is a Decor Element.  A very quick and simple gift!  We then put it into a medium cello bag, tied it with the Candy Cane striped grosgrain ribbon.   attached the tag with Linen thread.

These two cards were totally CASE'd from cards I'd seen on other blogs.  This first one is one of my all-time favorite cards!!

 This is a total and complete copy of Aly's card!!  The only thing I changed--I used the 2-way glue pen with the glitter, instead of crystal effects.  But, the rest of the design is all hers!!!

Good morning!!!  I'm so excited--the sun came out today!!!  It's been pretty dreary and cold here--which is nice because it feels like Christmas, but it makes it hard for me to take pictures of my projects!!  So, I spent a good hour taking pictures this morning!!  Stay tuned over the weekend--I have alot to share!!!

This card was given to me by my downline, Rees.  She always brings me a beautiful card when she borrows my stamp sets!!  I love it!!!

 

She used the Flower Power Card Elements kit, along with the coordinating stamp set, WOW Flowers.  Isn't it gorgeous!!  I LOVE the colors in this kit!!

Verve!!!

Good morning!!  Here's a card I created using a new stamp I purchased at Verve Stamps!  I loved the sentiment, and had to have it!!  I do a "Prayer Card Club" with the church youth every Wednesday night, and the sentiments that Julee offers are perfect for our purposes!! I used Bravo Burgundy--it matched the designer paper!!! :-)

PCP Day 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas

  Good morning!!!  I am way behind on posting!!  I have all kinds of projects lined up to post!!  I made this last week for the Day 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas challenge on PCP.  The challenge was to make a card featuring birds calling--or something to do with calling.  This was the best I could come up with!! haha!!  And, while it may not fit the challenge all that well, I do think it's a cute card!!  I used the "A Little Birdie Told Me"  stamp set, along with the Banbury Designer Paper.  The two birds are paper-pieced--so much easier than coloring!!
