Gift Bags for your viewing pleasure!!

Good morning!!  I had some time to look at my convention pictures last night!  Wow--there are some talented stampers out there!!!  Here are a few gift bags that I saw--these were all stamped by someone other than myself, and were on display at convention.  I'm sorry I can't give credit to the appropriate artists, but I just don't know who they are!!

Happy Three Day Weekend!!!

Good morning! I'm sorry to say that I don't have anything stamped to share with you today!!  and, it might be a couple more "dry" days!!!  Bran is playing in a baseball tournament--we're off to his first games now!!  And, we have a friend staying with us--he's running in a marathon tomorrow morning!!  Basically, it's going to be great weekend spent with family and friends!!!!  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!

PS.  I have added a couple more classes to my September schedule!!  Check them all out in the right sidebar!!

Happy Stamping!!!

Fun Card!!

Good morning!!!  This is a card I made following a template in our demonstrator newsletter, Stampin' Success.  Each month, they give us a simple card template, then show us several ways to use it!  Here's the template:0408_alacard_thumb75

And here is my version:

Divasketch2

The card base is Kraft cardstock, then layered that with the Kraft Patterns paper.  All the "dotted" paper is from the hostess pack of patterned paper.  Colors are Not Quite Navy, More Mustard and Real Red.  If you look close, I used the scalloped edge punch on the kraft patterned paper and the kraft cardstock.  Then I took a strip of Not Quite Navy cardstock, and punched down one side, then layered it behind the kraft cardstock.  I love the way it turned out!!

Have a happy day!!

Brandon's Birthday!!

Good morning!!!  Here is the card I made for Brandon's birthday!!  He turned 11 on Aug 24.  I just can't believe how fast they grow up!!  We held his birthday party on the 23rd because we had too much going on on Sunday!  Each one had two baseball games, then we went to the final Isotopes game that evening!!  It was great fun!!

Bransbday

I used Not Quite Navy and Whisper White, with the star from Classic Backgrounds.  The sentiments are from the "Celebrate Everything" stamp set.  It's a simple card, but I love it!!

Have a great day!!!

Money Holder

Good morning!!  Sorry for not being around lately, but I had another migraine--it started Sunday night, and I'm just now feeling better.  It was a really bad one--Rich had to take me to urgent care!  They gave me two shots, and I slept the rest of the day and night!!  These are the worst things--they really kick my behind!! :-)  Luckily, I had a post scheduled for Monday, so you probably didn't even miss me!! haha!!

Anyway, here is a cute little money holder that I made for my neice, Ally.

Allysbday2

I used the new set, Flight of the Butterfly.  It's a two-step set, and is so easy to use!!  I used Lavendar Lace, Basic Black and Whisper White.  I sure hope she liked it!!!

Here's the inside:
