Measurements:

Cardbase:  5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"

Strip:  5 1/2" x 1 1/2"

Half circles:  whatever size you'd like!!

 We have a tie!  There were only two entries, and we couldn't decide between them--they're both so cute!!  Congrats to Shannon and Judy!!
